The population in the sunny town of Itta Bena is 2,200. Greenwood, which is about 10 minutes away has a population of around 18,000.

Normally we use a lawyer local to the house/estate being sold to conduct the complete transfer of the property to the buyer. This is for your protection as well as ours.
Conditions of Sale
In ALL CASES the property remains on the open market and is available for sale until a deposit / down payment has been confirmed. Again, in ALL CASES, the buyer will be responsible for all legal costs and deed recording, up to but not exceeding $500 even if the buyer subsequently aborts the purchase. Premiums for title insurance, as and when elected remain the buyers responsibility.
